    Individual Therapy

We provide therapy sessions with children, adolescents, and young adults that prioritize an individual’s unique needs and promote personal growth and well-being. A variety of therapeutic techniques (such cognitive-behavioral therapy and play-based therapy) and activities are used to work towards mutually agreed-upon goals. The aim is to provide a safe, supportive environment for exploring emotions, developing self-awareness, and building adaptive coping tools. Sessions are available in-person and via telehealth.

Our group therapy sessions embrace diverse perspectives and encourage open dialogue and connection among participants. Sessions are focused on developing target skills, enhancing communication, and building empathy. Our group therapy offerings change throughout the year.
